Mrs Billings Coverlet Pattern Kit
The Billings Coverlet is a stunning piece of patchwork in The Quilters' Guild Collection dating from the early 1800s.
The Billings Coverlet is made by paper piecing, a patchwork technique of wrapping fabric around a paper template for very accurate shapes. This pattern kit contains 16 different Perspex templates to create your own version of the quilt. Each template is made from clear Perspex so you can fussy cut fabric and also includes seam allowances.
The pattern comes with full written instructions and templates the finished quilt size is approximately 94"/2.4m square.
To make the quit you will need:
- 10m assorted fabric
- 10m backing fabric
- Three boarder fabrics, 25cm border 2, 25cm for border4 and 1m for borders 6, 8 and 9
- 1000 5/8" hexagon paper pieces
