Moonlight Sashiko Kit
Strips of shijira indigo dyed cotton are simply arranged to picture moonlight on water. Shijira is a speciality fabric from Tokushima on the island of Shikoku in the Inland Sea of Japan where the growing of indigo has a long history. In Japan shijira cotton is often used to make unlined, cool, summer kimono (yukata).
