2021 Pocket Diary
Who would have imagined that 2020 would be so empty of appointments and social engagements. A year where a diary would be come a tool to try and remember what day it is rather than where to be.
In anticipation that 2021 will bring us social gatherings, places to be and the occasional trip to the dentist - we're delighted to introduce our brand new 2021 pocket diaries.
Let's make plans!
The first of this year's designs features Modern Jazz by modern quilter Helen Howes. Modern Jazz was made in 2016 and became part of The Quilters' Guild Museum Collection in 2019. With its beautiful rainbow palette and striking modern design we know this a much loved quilt for many.
Our second diary is inspired by a central block printed panel in the Wellington Quilt made in 1834, though the panel dates from 1815. The Wellington quilt is also part of The Quilters' Guild Museum Collection. The rich tones in this chintz floral arrangement are a real treat as we don't often see such great colour preservation from fabrics of this period, in particular such vibrant greens which have often faded to blue with age and sunlight.
Each diary is a week to view, with an integral bookmark ribbon and measures approximately 9.5 x 17.5 cm.
